Have You Ever Wondered If There's More?

Updated: Jul 3

The Question We Were Never Taught to Ask!

Is There More?

Let’s be honest—most of us have lived our faith like a checklist.

Church attendance? ✔️Bible reading? ✔️Trying to be a good person? ✔️

But somewhere in the quiet moments, we’ve all had that lingering question: Is there more?

Not just more to do, but more to become. More to experience with God. More rhythm. More presence. More rest.

The Invitation Beneath the Surface

For Daniel and I, that question led us into something unexpected: Shabbat.

At first, it felt foreign. We were used to busy Sundays, multitasking faith, and always pushing into the next thing. But slowly, as we paused on Shabbat… the noise faded. The striving lifted. And something unexpected settled in.

We discovered that God wasn’t trying to get us to do more. He was trying to teach us how to stop—so we could receive more.

What If the Blessing You’re Waiting for Is Found in the Pause?

Here’s the truth: there is more.

More peace. More clarity. More breakthrough. More of His voice. And it’s not hidden in hustle—it’s tucked inside rest.

God placed His blessing on the seventh day. And that blessing is still waiting… for those willing to stop long enough to receive it.

Let's Talk About the More

We have been on our own path and having our eyes opened. When God shows us something we have a choice now to step in and learn or disobey. My next thought was okay...we need to learn about this...but we need to find someone we trust who also is focused on Creator God's truth. So...tonight this comes across my feed. Coincidence? I no longer believe in coincidences. First question...what and how do you do church now?

Thank you so much for asking this question—I’m genuinely thrilled for you! I remember so clearly standing in your shoes, wondering how to step into the new revelations I was encountering. As you explore what “doing” church looks like in this season, may I gently encourage you to pursue being with Him before rushing into any “doing.” Intimacy will shape everything you do.

Here are a few ministries and resources that have spoken deeply into our lives (in no particular order):

As Yeshua Himself promises:

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be…
